Good day,
I booked 4 tables on Saturday, 9th March 2013 at the San Francisco Spur, Strand for my daughter's first birthday party, which was supposed to be a very special day, turned into a nightmare. When we arrived there were no balloons and hats ready for the kids. The food for the kiddies never came out together, which means they never ate together and the ice cream came out all melted, which could have rather been served with a straw.
They only appointed 1 waiter for the 4 tables (2 kiddies tables and 2 adult tables). We waited so long for any drinks to be served and when I asked the Manager if he could please get another waiter to assist our waitress, because one was not enough, he took our order, while the rest of the waiters were just standing around. It was very unorganized. I had to clean the tables to make space for the parents to have something to eat and there were glasses and dirty plates on every table.
We don't blame the waitress at all, for she was really busy, but we do blame Management. If someone can please get back to me regarding this complaint, it would be highly appreciated.
