My Daugter turned 2 on the 16/11/13 and I made a booking for her birthday party at Waterstone Spur 2 months in advance. I specifically requested the tables by the door leading to the play area as this is easier with all the small kids. I booked for 30 people. We showed up a bit early and the tables weren't ready, we wanlked around in the mall a bit. We went back on time and our tables was still not ready. They had given the tables we booked to another birthday party and we had to sit on the opposite side of the play area, with the baby play area between us and the door. We ended up only being 20 people and the allocated 4 tables to us. We had to wait another 20 minutes for them to get our tables ready. All of this with a bunch of toddlers running around us. I complained to the person at the door. This gentleman was very apologetic and called the manager. This was a young guy and he was extremely, no apologies, just a: " It doesn't help to fight, do you want the tables or not" If it was not my child's birthday party I would have walked out! They then gave one of our 4 tables to other customers and I again had to complain as we didn't have enough space. Never AGAIN!
