In the last 4months the same problem occured to me 3 times. First i order a Chrushers and we i received it, it look like a coloured water mix, after complaining there response was the machine is faulty. The second time i desiced to go for ice cream and ordered it trough a staff member assisting us at the drive-thru, at the pay-point i was informed that the ice cream is going to take a bit longer. Waiting almost 15min they presented me with the 2 ice creams, it look like it was melted already and looked soft, not the quality i exspected. And the same happened on Friday afternoon again..i have reached a point where i will drive 15km to 3Rivers KFC to purchase anything! When we previously reported Bad Service to KFC Customer Care they said that the matter will be looked in, i dont think anything happened, EMPTY PROMISES!!!
