On the 9th of February we were on our way to Welkom and decided to stop for breakfast at the Grasmere Wimpy. We waited 45min for our food to arrive. customers who had arrived after us got their food before we did. when we questioned why our order was taking so long. our waitress, think her name was bambi was so rude and abrupt. we could hear other customers also complaining waiting for their take away. It was ridiculous! once we received our order, the chips were cold and the egg was oily. Also my mom and I had ordered our eggs well done and the egg were soft and runny. my mom and I had to wait an extra 15min to get our food. the waitress sent someone else to assist us after that, showing that she was a coward and did not take responsibility for her actions.
