WE WHEN FOR BREAKFAST AT END SEPT WAITED FOR MORE THEN 40MIN THEN WHEN OUR FOOD WAS SERVED IT WAS COLD THE EGGS WAS OILY AND COLD TOAST WAS COLD BACON OILY. I SAID THEY MIGHT BE BUSY BUT THINK IT WAS LACK OF STAFF AND TRAINING. THEN THIS MONTH AGAIN I GAVE A SECOND CHANGE WHEN A FRIEND INVITED ME FOR BREAKFAST. YOU WAIT TO LONG AND NO SERVICE WAS GIVEN I MUST SAY I WONT BE SUPPORTING THAT BRANCH AGAIN, NOT THE FIRST PERSON TO SAY SO EITHER. PLEASE JACK UP YOUR STAFF AND STORE WE ARE PAYING FOR A SERVICE, AND EXPECT IT TO BE GIVEN MAKE SURE SOMEONE READS THIS AND NOT JUST BEING PUT IN FILE 13.
