To whom this may concern

My complaint is about your store on the Corner of High & Kerk Streets, in Bethlehem.

We live in a neighbouring town called Kestell which is 45km away.

The last two occasions that we purchased KFC we where not happy at all. The first time we bought a 8 piece box with extra chips. When we got home, there were 3 small wings, 2 small leg-like pieces, 1 normal leg and 2 breast pieces. This is definitely not the standard set of pieces for that amount of chicken. The chicken tasted off as well.

On the second occasion, we bought a 8-piece streetwise meal. Again we only received 3 breast pieces and the rest where all small wings, plus there was no bread or mash and gravy in the bag.

This is unacceptable as I am sure you have a minimum standard that needs to be followed and this kind of service is not anywhere close to that standard.

Please do something about this store as you will definitely loose more customers if this continues.

After sending this e-mail to the kfc headoffice almost a month ago, I have still not received any feedback from them!
