I discoverred a fly after eating and the waiter offered a cold sorry and asked me what I want then. I didn't see her telling the manager of it. I went to pay and I told the manager who told me he was busy with a complaint from another table and he already knows the waiter told him. He only started reacting when I told him I'm posting their Spur on Hello Peter. I found him talking to the waiters in the front. I sat a while waiting for him to come around and ask us if we are fine like he did before and Like I'm used to at a Spur. I really don't like their nonchalant response to a complaint and a fly in your food is not just a complaint it is a disaster.
