On Saturday i placed an order for delivery with the Toti branch. I got a call 45mins after the order was placed to ask if it was for delivery. The food arrived 2 hours after my order was placed, the driver was lost and i hd to phn him and give him directions. I asked for 2 quarter chicken meals with wedges and a roll and it came with chips that was obviously cold and stale. Wen i phned and spoke to the mng he told me that u cannot swap the chips for wedges and the person that took my order never told me that. I also ordered a started giblets and livers and there was actually no need to put it in the container because all the gravy from them was in the packet. I paid for this meal and the delivery and i expected to get hot decent food, what is the point offering this service if the entire order was a waste of my time and money???
