On 04 March 2013; I ordered chicken kebabs with chips and fruit juice for delivery. When the food was delivered I noticed the following;
1. The container was dirty as if the food fell out and was hurriedly put back without even wiping the container,
2. The kebabs were burnt,
3. There were no serviettes, seasoning and their straw was soaked in fat.
I called the customer service mobile numbers listed on their brochure and person who answered became defensive when he heard that I had a complaint. He started yelling at me, when I told him that I did not appreciate his tone and will not accept it, he then started with insults. He said, I will not teach him to speak to me as he was not my husband, not knowing that I am glad he wasn't. I have received bad service before but, Basha Rosebank gets an award for their horrendous service.
