On Friday 28 Feb 2013 we took friends of ours out for Lobster to Ocean Basket in Hartebeespoort. After waiting 20 minutes for our bottle of wine (we had to go ask the waiter what is keeping the order) then the waiter came out with the wine bottles and issued us with empty colddrink cans as ashtrays!!! The waiter actually said "here use these for ashtrays"... I was dumb strucked and said they can forget about it and appologised to our friends and took them to the Portugese Restaurant close by. Where we spent R2800 so at the end of the day due to their unproffesionalism they lost out on a huge sale. Needless to say but
