A group of 6 of us went to simple Asia on Friday night 1 March 2013. We had to call the waiter after 20 minutes after we had all been seated. He simply ignored us. Then we placed drinks and food orders simultaneously. He took out his pen and paper. After we ordered corn fritters we were asked 'do you know the number for that, because I don't? ' By the waiter. All dishes were ordered by number very clearly and reconfirmed. The drinks came and the fiasco started. One person was left with his can of lemonade but the other half of the driink which comes in a glass was absent. One person was left without the glass she requested for her appeltizer. When the waiter brought the glasses he put both of them in front of the wrong person sitting next to the people who ordered the drinks they were for. Food arrived a long time after and 4 out of the 6 were right. The other two were completely wrong. They both ordered 514 and received 515. The waiter had misread his handwriting. So the always delightful occurrence of part of the party eating while the others just watch and wait happened. Noodles were overcooked in everyone's food. Can't recommend. Why have incompetent staff on busy Friday nights
