First time sitting down in a Simply Asia restaurant (normally my favourite take away) and the service was absolutely shocking!
Waiter would disappear without following up on orders or drinks.
Food and drinks took forever and the restaurant was empty - three other tables complained regarding service.
Asked for bill and we were charged for more than what we should have been - after we made them aware of it they still failed to fix it and eventually the manager sorted it out after spelling it out.
Were charged for additional glass of wine and additional 'bowl' which was not an honest mistake.
Service and experience at Simply Asia was absolutely shocking and feel that the manager didn't handle situation or job well.
Would not go back there again and put off Simply Asia!!!
