Yesterday 03/03/2013 my family and I went to the Spur Brave Hawk in Norkem park for supper, we arrived there obviously very hungry, the lady @ the door looked at us and took three menus (as there was three of us) she did not say a word we followed her to a table, we then requested a table close to play area after she had choose one for us without asking. we got to the table close to play are, both table and chairs were dirty, we requested her to please clean them, she walked away and never came back, that is when we decided to choose another table, we sat down looked at the menus when a male waiter came to take our drink and starter orders telling us he will be our waiter for the evening, we gave the orders he went and someone else came to deliver the drinks saying the guy who was helping us is busy and his going to help us, there was lot of attitude and bad service in general. we cancelled order and left, but my mother in particular was extrimely upset by the service we received.
