We loved going to Simply Asia Moreletta and after they closed we decided to support the Brooklyn Branch. Last night we decided to give the Soutdowns branch a try and disgusted is an understatement!!
After being seated we waited quite a while for a waiter to help us, our drinks took 30 minutes to get to our table, when we ordered starters not only was the order wrong but my steamed dumplings were still frozen on the inside. Continuously we had to remind the staff of drink orders we placed.
When ordering Mains we hoped it would go better as the waiter was writing it down, no such luck... One of my friends ordered a 515 only to receive a 505 we sent it back waited 20 minutes to receive a 519 and only after sending it back the second time did we receive the correct order - by this time the other 4 plates of food was cold as we wait for the entire table to have food before we eat.
When informing the waiter we were unhappy that he got the meal order wrong he got quite rude and all this time while we tried to order and waited there were numerous waiters who ignored us, stood around, had a drink and was chatting.
I will in my life never recommend Southdowns branch!!
