I went to your branch in Gateway (opposite McDondals) on Saturrday, 02/03/2013 at approximately 8pm.
I am terribly disappointed with the service received. There was no structure at the till point, with regards to the orders. There was no designated queue and people who came in after us, somehow placed their orders before us. It took a while before we were acknowledged.
After all this, we still decided to place an order for our meals. It was a simple order: x 1 mushroom and cheese burger combo (chicken patty) and x 1 macon and cheese burger combo (beef patty)
We took our meals home to eat (please bare in mind that I reside 20 min away).
When I got home, we found that not only were both patties chicken, but neither of them had mushrooms and cheese and macon an cheese. Not only that, the patties looked grey in color. My partner and I were so disappointed that we had driven out of our way to buy those meals for dinner, only to find 2 simple orders so badly messed up.
Needless to say, we threw out the meals and it is unlikely that we will return to your establishment
