Quality of food I received today

This morning i ordered a "Chicken Mayo" toasted sandwich from the drive through, at KFC Wonderpark in the Pretoria north area.
The toast received was badly burnt on both sides, I am extremely disappointed that the chicken stuff that was preparing the food clearly noticed that the food was badly prepared but still insisted on giving it too me as a custome
