I bought a value meal from nandos at the adderley street branch. i normally love nandos but somehow is always dissapointed when i go to this branch so i try to avoid it. I first get R6 to little from my change and only notice when i walk away, luckily when i return the cashier seems to know and with no hesitation gives me my short change. i take my meal and go to the office which is in the building next to nandos. I plate my meal and notice the rolls are not fresh (i am already dissapointed that they changed their rolls from the warm draw ones) now i get old rolls. and the chicken looks like it was just thrown on the grill and seems all over place. Yes i could have gone back to the branch and they would give me a new meal but i have work to do an no time to waste. It seems that the standards drop when it comes to areas like central cape town because ppl dont really complain. when i go to camps bay for example the service and products are impeccable. So I ask why
