Doors closed for customers

Mc Donalds branch on Koeberg Road Milnerton, Cape Town is pathetic.
For the last week when I arrive there at 7 the morning for my usual breakfast, which I have been doing for the last year.
The doors have been locked...
They are operating the drive through but have closed the counter sales...
They refuse to open for THEIR CUSTOMERS and it is now getting to the point where we are planning to go somewhere else...
They have a regular set of clients that meet there every morning for a chat and some breakfast... we have all decide to rather go to KFC down the road. At least they will open their doors for us, and not expect us to walk through the drive though and then sit in our cars till they decide to open..
This branch is badly managed and on a regular basis we have problems with service or lack thereof...
Your shift change staff arrive late every morning, at around 7:15. And it seems like at night there is not enough staff. You have to wait up to 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. How can this be.
I seriously hope something will be done about this branch, as you are loosing customers on a daily basis due to these issues.
