Yesterday on the 23rd of April 2013, i went to Campus Square KFC to buy dinner, the queues there were so long & i was very hungry so i opted to rather drive to Westdene and make my purchase there. i arrived there before 8pm and the doors were closed. They supposed to close at 10pm on weekdays and its written on the door. I knocked and asked for service, screaming from inside i was told that they are closed because there was no electricity earlier, they said they cant help me as mcuh as they aware that they supposed to close at 10pm but because there was no elect it would take them an hour to prepare my meal (but they ddnt even ask what my order was). i told her i didn't mind waiting because i was hungry and i was ignored. The whole of Auckland Park ddint have electricity in the evening but the campus square KFC wasn't closed, they were operating. They just carried on cashing up, cleaning up and mopping the floors like i wasn't even standing out there.i asked if there was a manager instore and i was ignored. they made funny remarks in zulu saying they will not help screaming from inside until i left. Such poor service (no service at all) i was extremely shocked.
