On the 25/02/2013 at around 16h30 i called Newcafe Centurion requesting a copy of my slip dated 16/01/2013. i spoke to Nick who assured me that i could come around and pick up a manual invoicing of the amount and date with my credit card number on it as i required this info for my bosses credit card recon. However, when i called at 09h30 the next day 26/02/2013 (to my demise) LIZELLE was unapologetic, rude and not at all willing to assist. her customer service was pathetic and people skills appalling. i shudder to think what her customers face on a daily basis And when requesting her Surname, she dropped the call. i am utterly disgusted by such mannerisms and will never set foot in that branch again.
