Me and my boyfriend stay in Gauteng and were visiting my Parents in Lydenburg for the weekend. We decided to stop at your Fishhoek branch in Lydenburg for lunch as we are generally impressed with the service and quality of food from your shops in Gauteng in General. We ordered our food which was a Fish and chips and a full portion calamari and a 1Lt Coke which cost us (R29 which is ludacris) the total cost was R86.00. We paid by card then the lady ran back and then all of a sudden it was R92.00??? The gentlemen behind the counter served somebody else's food and then said to me and i Quote.." Please move BRA??? Who the does he think is his BRA? Is that how you address a customer in your Industry as BRA??? Then the food was terrible they expected me to pay R36.00 for 12 pieces of overdone almost burnt calamari with nothing else? I can send a picture as per your request and you can tell me if you would eat and pay for that. Then there was not even a store manager to complain to so they called the casino manager constance who then did not address our complaint but rather LAUGHED IN OUR FACE.. I have never been so ill treated in my life and I will spread the word about this Shop!
