Great food but THE WORST service

Our table of 6 went to Ocean Basket Gateway on Sunday for lunch. Arrived at 12h00 and ordered at 12h10. One of the gentlemen at our table requested a combo that was not offered on the menu (linefish & calamari combo) & another gentlemen said that he would have "the same". Firstly, 4 of the meals came out after 30 mins & when we had waited for another 10 mins for the last two meals (with no one apologising or communicating to us what was happening with the food) we decided to call the manager over. The 2 gents got their meals eventually & they were both different, one with 2 portions of fish and one with linefish & calamari steak (which was the correct one). We called over the manager & said we didn't need replacement of calamari but that he should know what had happened. Got the bill at the end & the waiter knew nothing of the mistake that had been made, & the 2 meals (that were meant to be the same) were put through differently & so cost different amounts. Also we had still been charged in full for the calamari steak! After speaking to both waiter & manager about it together we received our "new" bill which had been discounted by R20. We will NEVER be going back there!
