I really am not one to complain but after the disgusting service & food that we received from your Nina park branch i thought it was necessary to email you about it. Firstly, when we arrived we had 2 different waiters, i ordered a coke zero i received a coke, okay fine! We then ordered our main courses, the same favourite dishes we have every time we visit Ocean basket. Chips were cold and dry, hake was full of bones, spinach was cold! Then my boyfriends food came about 5 minutes after mine, Fish was full of bones, dry and just gross, he asked for rice and he got chips, he asked for fried calamari and he got grilled.By this time i was very irritated and called for the manager. Hake is not supposed to have bones in it. We explained to the manager that we would like the bill and that the service and food was very bad, i believe a manager needs to know these things. I asked her what would happen if a child ate a piece of fish and bones got stuck in their throats and this seemed to amuse her. She started laughing and patted my boyfriend on the back saying that she would bring him another piece of fish. This is not the point at all. Still no response from H/O after a week!!!
