I normally buy Fish and Chips with a side portion of Calamari from the branch nearby. When Jimmy Killer Fish & Chips opened nearby, their food was excellent. It seems that they are loosing their touch with quality. In the Family Combo, a Half portion of crumbed calamari purchased, the Fish & chips and Calamari were drenched in old oil. I actually feel sick after eating this meal. My wife also seems to feel the same way. We both regret our purchase. Restaurants in the Gateway area do not respond to complaints and criticism. I hope in this instance they do. Where should we purchase food where we get value for money if most of these restaurants in the GATEWAY Umhlanga area continue to disappoint.
