Last evening a party of 7 people visited cattle baron in canal walk. The restaurant was NOT busy and it was the birthday of one of the party. Our table ordered burgers - chicken and beef. The service was beyond appalling and to be honest disgusting.
The burgers took almost an hour to be served and when they arrived they were cold. Some of the guests were so hungry after the long wait and ate their cold burgers. 3 of us sent ours back, twice! The first time the burgers came back cold again and the second only just warm enough to eat.

I am disgusted at the level of service and the poor quality food.
I have this morning spoken to colleagues at work and they have said they no longer visit this branch as the service is so bad - and I must admit I cannot even consider recommending your restaurant to anyone.
We managed to make the most of a bad situation but felt heartily let down and left after a very unsatisfactory meal.
Really not happy at all.
