I was returning from a trip in Mozambique and wanted KFC on Valentines day. I mailed the support email provided on KFC's site. I had no answer after a few days. I eventually got a request for my cell number, I gave it.
Last night I get a call getting a number to call someone else to find out.
My Gripe: They had ALL details in the email, why could they not find out? I used contact resources available, why do I now have to call someone on top of waiting for so long for a response? I'm disgusted. I expected more from this chain.
