Shocking service!!!

Last week my airtime started disappearing and yesterday I decided to call in to get the name and contact details of the Co. responsible for the deductions, I was given a number to call and was told to only call between 8 & 5. This morning I call the number that was provided only to find that the number doesn't go through.
So I decided to call the call center and request for assistance from them. Gosh did I regret that.
1st I speak to Simphiwe Walaza who just proved that customer service is not key at Cell C, he raised his voice at me and kept trying to get rid of me with infamous let take you details and will be called back because all supervisors were in a meeting. After being put on hold for a long time Regina Rampolokeng (thank you) came to the phone and gave me so much hope that my problem would be resolved. well needless to say my money still got deducted.
I called again and got through to Vusi explained my query to him but he said he couldnt assist and kept insisting to give me a number to call after explaining to him that I have already tried that.
