The first problem we had was a couple of months back when we ordered a pizza for delivery. After an hour, I called them to find out if the delivery guy had left yet as usually customers are informed of this. They said he had left. Only half 20 minutes later, the guy showed up.
The second problem was last night. I was unable to hear what the woman was mumbling over the phone so I got a pizza that I didn't want. My boyfriend was unable to enjoy the pizza with me as he does not eat spicy food. If the woman had OPENED her mouth to talk, I would have known there was Tika sauce on the pizza. (not everyone has access to the menus)
My boyfriend and I both complained on their social media about this. My boyfriend got a response, but I only got one AFTER complaining that I did not get a response.
This is service and social media handling. Get someone who can speak properly to answer your phones and someone to handle your social media better.
