Dear Rhapsodys,
I had lunch at Rhapsodys on 1 January 2013 as a start to the new year. However, it was a start to a bad year. I ordered two cocktails and two main courses. Both the cocktails had to be sent back to the incorrect cocktail delivered, a Mary, with no Celery, Worcestershire sauce, or even ground pepper? The food was two salads, of which was suddenly a third of the original portion, with wilted leaves and cucumber.
I decided to tweet Greenpoint with my situation, who very friendly came back to me with a promise of a free meal. This free meal was in-fact never redeemed, but I did make my return to Rhapsodys.
On Valentines day, I decided to take my partner out for a meal. arrived at the 55% occupied restaurant at 7:40pm. 20 minutes passed for a drinks order. Two steaks was then ordered, after having to flag the waiter down.
At 8:50 PM our food still haven't arrived at the table, and my waiter, who once again had to be flagged down, assured me it will be out in any minute. The manager brought the food at 9:30 due to a printer error. Food was free, however, neither of these memories can be remade.
Very disappointed!
