Firstly, why does McDonalds have this auto voice "WELCOME TO MCDONALDS, PLEASE CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER". You as the customer start placing you order just for lady with the speaker mic to say, good day please can i take your order. I then had to repeat my order, and this happens too much.
Tonight i went to McDonalds Plattekloof (14/07/2013 @ 20:50pm). firstly the above complaint happened again with no speaker and had to order meal again. Then finally this lady comes on but she starts speaking so loud as if she is speaking to a crowd in a stadium. Also every time I try giving my order half way through she keeps braking me up and guessing what I am trying to order. When i was done finally with ordering my first meal, she tells me go to next window, yet I was not done with my order yet. And then again, while ordering my 2nd meal she brakes in again. All this while she is also shouting over the speaker. The nice thing was when i got around the corner to pay, another customer was shouting at her for her bad service.
Does McDonalds not check who they put on speaker seeing that this is the first service you give at the drive thru.
Very irritated customer.
