Hi, my name is Saabira; I would really appreciate if someone could read this complaint and get back to me.
I went to McDonalds Bruma on Sunday the 27/10/2013. After waiting 15 minutes in a queue, with the cash register lady by the name of Thuli; she firsly was rude and had an arrogant attitude. She served other people before me, so she was present at the till, however when it was my turn; she said that there was nobody standing at the till and I shouldn't have stood there. After I told her that she was there, she clearly was adamant that she wasn't; and then when she had to take my order; shhe put her hand up and said that I should wait.
Clearly Mcdonalds gets extremely busy and certianly does not need one person's order to make the day; but with staff like this it is clear that nobody cares to respect paying customers - it is us who pay those people's salaries after all.
Regardless, I walked out and I am sure other people who get this attitude do; I'd take my business to chicken licken opposite- because the workers there know how to say hi and bye with a smile.
