I went to milkylane and bought a few cones 1 cone was plain after I had purchased it my brother then decided he wanted it dipped so I asked the manager to dip it, he told me that is R6 and I must pay first he did not even inform me that the ice cream will melt and he won't be able to dip it after I paid because the line was long. After paying for the dip da cashier says that its melted bt she tried and there was hardly any dip on it. I went to the guy who made the ice creams who was apparently the manager and I told me that this was not his problem and he was soo rude, he gave me dirty looks and his attitude towards me the consumer was blady pathetic. He was a pakistani guy with the worst blady attitude! How the do people choose people like that (rude with no ethetics) to run a store for them! I was also managing milkylane in musgrave and I sure as know that you don't carry on like that. When I asked for his name the staff was scared to even give me his name. All I can say is my view on milkylane is that its gone to the dogs. I will never support them again. I am very disappointed and angry to be treated like that infront of customers
