BAD ATTITUDE AND DISGUTING SERVICE

On Sunday, 3 Feb 2013, my family&i were at the Airport as my sister&her husband were flying back home to Johannesburg.their flight was at 18h50& they had to board by 18h20.we went to Milky Lane since we were early.when we got there, no one had come to take our order or even give us menus.after many requests we had obtained menus. then placed our order. we ordered flapjacks with the cappucino, that was a special, also ordered a bar one brownie&pancakes. we got to the store around 17h40. after very long, past 18h05, the flapjacks came& the brownie. however the cappucino& the pancakes did not. after many requests, i had gone to the counter to speak to the manager.i explained that my family had a flight to catch& we want our order. they told me its on its way. at 18h20, we told them to cancel the pancake order and the capuccino as they are going to miss their flight&we requested the Bill. the Manager as well as the lady at the counter& the other staff were all just standing around, looking at us, dumbfounded. we eventually said we are leaving without paying the Bill& the Manager rudely said "fine go then". my family almost missed their flight.this service is unacceptable&needs to be sorted
