Terrible experience at Nino's Rosebank

Us, the customers were unaware of the fact that there was no electricity. Only when we had ordered drinks and were ready to order food were we informed of the electricity outage.

Our meals arrived cold. Freezing cold! My meal consisted of mushrooms and bacon and other foods which should had arrived warm since it was cooked on a gas stove.. Therefore we were very unhappy about the quality.

We called the manager and complained.. When the manager arrived he treated us badly saying that he finds it strange that all our meals were complained about.
Then as we were leaving, Paying most meals in FULL, the waiter stopped us telling us that we were not allowed to take the glass coke bottle out of the store because they get a deposit from the coca cola factory. The waiters gossiped about us right infront of us, not knowing we could understand.

We were fuming and extremely dissapointed in the service, attitude of all staff and the food.
