We went to Mcdonals at Woodmead shopping centre today, we placed the order at 13:01:21, we paid and when we wanted to collect the 5 meals they told us to park and they will bring it to us, we told them we are in a hurry thus we went through the drive thru. we waited 13 minutes in the parking area, the guy brought our food out and told us he needs to go back for our drinks, i told him we were in a hurry again and then he first went to the car next to us and spoke to another person waiting in a car and then he went back inside and after another 2 or 3 minutes he came out and brought our drinks. The 5 burger meals were there and we left, as we drove off we started eating the chips and they were all cold and tasted old. Its very dissapointing to wait so long for food and then you get it and the chips taste so bad as well. Just very dissapointed in the food and having to wait so long!
