We ordered meals from Scooters on Friday. We placed the order at 12:04 and waited for our food. When I phoned at 12:50 to ask where our food is because it is late, the lady said that the policy Scooters had about the 39 minutes delivery is no longer applicable. She called the manager to the phone. The manager weren't one of the friendliest people and I asked her to explain to me why this is no longer applicable. She just said that they ended it in June 2012. I, among plenty other people, knew nothing about this. I said that they then should've informed their customers or stated so on their website. I still have a brochure with the '39minute delivery' on. Nevertheless, our food only arrived at /- 13:25 and tasted horrible! It was cold too. I will not ever order from Scooters again. I will make sure to tell everybody I know about this dreadful experience.
