I had gone to ninos pavillion earlier today with family and we decided to have an early supper. So we walk in and are seated. We place our orders and request that our drinks arrive with our meals. Our meals took over half an hour to come. They had forgotten about one meal which took an extra 10 mins to come. Our drinks came about 10 mins after our meals arrived. Our wAiter was never in sight. The food was not upto usual standard. The one dish arrived cold. Our coffee was terribly strong. The manager came to ask of the service when we were almost done. We were too exhausted and disappointed that we didn't say anything. We just thought it would cause more of a delay as we just wanted to leave. Our bill was over R600. We arrived home, some of us nauseous which followed with a headache. Some of us had upset tummys. I am totally disappointed with the service and food as I frequent ninos! Well no more ninos for me, my family and friends!!!
