Few days ago I went to kfc in grayston I usasly don't go there because they have no idea what is going on there most of the time there credit card machine does not work this time I went there order the street wise five ask them please don't put wings for me staff told me that they have to put wings so I said ok I don't want she says no problem I went to the window ask them for their name other staff was standing there told me that they cannot give their name because its against their policy and she went away I call for the manager asked him what is those two staff names told me one is Naomi and other one is Barbra asked him that how u give training to your staff and went in anger from their phone head office told them everything and until know no response I think kfc need to re employee the head office staff and give more training to the branches very upset.
