With every order of KFC we usually take the Family feast (6 pieces of chicken, 3 sides and chips), every single time we have an argument with the staff and manager even regarding this "packing procedure".
1. Where on any add does KFC make it clear that there is a "packing procedure" that indicates you HAVE to accept wings in your meal.
2. when my side orders are 2 portions of wings, does that not cover the wings subject?
3. when they finally give in and dont give you wings, is it acceptable to pay R109 for 4 pieces that are smaller than a drumstick? and
4. do i as the customer not have the right to choose what i pay for?
when we asked the till operator where is the "packing procedure" stated, he pointed to the menu???
Honestly i rather go to spur that waste my time arguing for 15minutes about wings. as far as i know, a "wing" is not classified as a piece. the items for the "family feast" states 6 PIECES.
We contacted the area manager and still await a response (the same manager we contacted when we received frozen chicken at the same KFC). i honestly want a card or letter stating that the packing procedure does not apply or that states this is bull so that this rip off ends
