Staff have no idea how to process payments

Between the staff at the call centre and the staff behind the counter at your branches in Rosebank, Fourways, Sandton there is an appearance of Inadequate training from the management.

I have on numerous occasions been to these branches to try and make loan payments over and above my normal debit orders. The call centre staff maintain that payments into a loan account CAN be made in store.

At ALL the above mentioned branches no one, including the "manager" has any idea on how to do process this payment. The last one took 27 minutes to try and figure this out, after which I was told that they do not accept payments for loan accounts. When asked to speak to a manager I was told that i had to wait cause they were on tea!!!

Can someone please give me the correct information.
