My name is Senzo Radebe i went to chicken licken Dobsonvile on sunday morning to buy some hot wings and when i got to the cashier (Portia) she was having a conversation with some guy about bad taxis from Palm springs, I waited until she was done talking to that guy standing next to him, he wasnt even buying anything, i told he she shouldnt be having conversation, and she should be serving me instead, and with a stinking attitude asked me what i wanted, i said hot wings, i was given my hot wings then left, when i got home i opened the box to find burned dry wings, i returned them and when i got there she asked me what i wanted again, not how can she help, i asked her if she would like to be sold something like that, she then instructed the guys behind her to exchange them, no appology nothing, she acted as if she was doing me a favour, if these are the kind of people you hire to serve us, then thank you, i will not be going there anymore, some guy even one of the staff members, tried to repremand her and she told him infront of other customers (ungangi jwayeli amasimba) better give your staff customer service training.
