I went to buy a meal on 02/11/2013 and my credit card was double billed by the store. I asked the supervisor in charge that day to balance his books and he told me that his tills were in order. He said i must check my statements and send it ti him if the 2 transactions goes off. I took the statements to them and since then i have been trying to get my money back and nothing is happening. I was told that the matter was referred to their head office to the financial manager and she resigned. Since that time I am still waiting for my money and what me off is that no body is contacting me regarding that. I have to spend my air time all the times to recover my R116.00.
KFC please give me my money back. I am been charged interest every day on that credit card and i lose money every time I call you. I have children to feed like you always encourage us to contribute R2.
