I went camping in Strand for a week. I took my twin boys as well as my little 2 year old to the beach and the pools. they were hungry and felt they want to go to spur the afternoon. When i sat down with my boys i first had to look for a waiter to assist me cos it was as if they couldn't see that i haven't been helped. I ordered myself a meal of which the salad was not nice. lettuce was brown the tomatoes was soggy and the onion rings weren't so crispy as usual. what put me most off was the chips it was as if it wasn't fried properly or if it was old chips that was just heated. I was disgusted in my 2 year old kiddy meal. the cocktail burger patty tasted like it was frozen and then heated up. tasteless, no flavour. my son couldn't eat it and the little cocktail rolls was stiff and not appealing to any child and my twin boys didn't want to eat there meals finish, all because it wasn't appetising.. clearly spur has dropped its standards. felt so disgusted when i left, thinking that will be the last time i set my feet in that place. the waiters where breaking glasses like there's no tomorrow in the kitchen as well which was such a disturbance and very unprofessional.
