To the Managing Director of Spur

I posed this question to the customer care and got a very poor answer, can the Managing Director give me a more detailed explination?

"I would like to know the following, on what I have observed since visiting Spur Steak Ranches over the
years. I decided to cut back on my visits for the following reasons. The prices of your food, has gone up
skyrocketing and the quality & quantity has just drop dramatically. A few months ago I bought Spur Burger
and chips meals for me and the family and that was the worst burger and chips I've ever eaten. The rolls
used for the burgers was dry, very white, fell apart, and very light in weight. The chips was clearly frozen
chips that was not made in kitchen and only warmed up. The union rings was oily and very little, that meal
was the pits, sorry if I explain in detail. I just had to get it off my chest. I refrained from ordering a burger
with mushroom sauce, the last time I ate the mushroom sauce it tasted like it just came out of a can and
it was salty and watery. Your prices just doesn't dictate on the food you plating and selling, if it's warmed
up in a microwave, who knows."
