Poor Service

I would to lay a complain, it seems like KFC is not training their employees about the menu they sell. I have been to KFC ParkStation several times wanting to buy a decaf coffee, and all times the machine is not working so and so but funny enough when Leah is on duty i do get a decaf coffee so my problem is that when she is not around decaf coffee wont be sold to customer. I suggest that employees should be trained properly as this is really irritating.
