I went to McDonalds in Rosebank on Wednesday, the 3rd of July 2013, and ordered a small chips and a coffee. I was second in line in the drive thru, and waited about 20 minutes for a small chips and a coffee. When I finally got my order the lid on the coffee cup was to big, causing me to spill it all over my clothes. How can you give coffee with lids that don`t fit? Especially take away coffee? And to wait for a small chips for 20 minutes?! Absolutely pathetic!! Probably the worst service I have ever received, and I won`t be going back to McDonalds anytime soon!!! How can a worldwide franchise have such pathetic standards??
