Yesterday i was @ kfc and ordered a streetwise 2 meal. i paid with credit card. i was asked to put my pin in twice and then i was told the machine is offline, the cashier put my card in another machine and eventually it worked. this morning i checked my bank statement and was shocked to notice that she deducted my meal twice so basically i paid R60 for my meal with a coke. i do not have proof as she gave me one receipt but my bank statement shows two seperate transactions for the exact same amount. This is pathetic service and i would like to know how you would resolve the matter.
