False accusation

My husband was falsely accused for a guy that misbehave the previous night.
We tried reasoning with the manger on duty and even gave him evidence that my husband was in Swaziland and that time frame.
The manager just said to us his calling the bounce and we only having 1 round of drinks.
He was not willing to give us his name or any evidence of what he was accusing my husband for.
He was telling other clients in the club that my husband was misbehaving.
We where humiliated about the whole situation
