Can't keep up to time

I placed an order with the staff from debonairs phoenix plaza at 18:36. Today and did not receive my order by 20:00 so I call the store back to find out wat time was I going to get my order the manager said to me.he'll check with his driver and call me back but he did not call so I called him back. His driver comes to me at 21:20 . So I cancelled the order and called the manager and told him thanks for your grate service you gave me I sent your driver back with your orde
