Hey Spur, just had a really bad experience with you guys, order 800g, 600g and 2 kiddies ribs, from your ottery brand, while your staff where excellent.. i can not say the same about the food.. Spurs ribs usually fall off the bone and is juicy and delious... but this evening, the meat was dry, tough, had more bone then meat and bland. felt like it was not cooked through.. or it was old ribs just heated up. very disappointing. I ordered a baked potatoe with my meal... just a potatoe... that was solid as a rock in the centre... this is not the spur im use to... real waste of almost 400 for supper this evening. REal disappointed... Spur you have lost a loyal customer :(
